received DECTalk DTC08 from U.S. with defective case

Today I did receive a DTC08, which I did buy via eBay.
I do create this blog entry for the seller, because I cant sent him pictures, which could show him the case in that condition 😦

The picture of the case was in the eBay auction in normal condition:

But today I received it via the eBay-Service and the case (mostly the upper case and the inner parts of the case) of the DTC08 are destroyed:

the lower part of the case has some broken parts at the edges
